Furrytail Bunny Rescue is the only nonprofit animal shelter in the state of Arizona that is solely dedicated to rabbits and accepts rabbits from the public of all ages and health-statuses. Founded in 2016, we house the largest number of abandoned, feral, and surrendered domesticated rabbits in the state at over 300 rabbits. Furrytail is a volunteer-run rabbit rescue and sanctuary that rescues, cares for, and finds homes for dumped and feral domestic rabbits.

Hundreds More Rabbit Lives Saved
Through our Rabbit Care and Recovery Program, Veterinary, Wellness, and Nutrition Program, and Investigations and Rescue Program, we find, rescue, rehabilitate, and care for hundreds of rabbits every year. Our Comfort Care Program focused on senior and special needs rabbits and our Little Lives Nursery Program focused on infant, junior, pregnant and nursing rabbits ensures care for rabbits that would be quickly euthanized in other shelters.
